Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, you have a 30-day period from the date of delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

Conditions to exercise the right of withdrawal:

• The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and returned in its original packaging.

• The return must be made within 14 days after submitting your withdrawal request.

Non-Refundable Products

Some items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

• Personalized or made-to-order products.

• Products damaged by the customer or incomplete.

• Products returned after the 30-day period.

Return & Refund Procedure

Returning the Product

• We will provide return instructions along with a free return shipping label via Mondial Relay or Relais Colis (France only).

• Carefully package the product and send it to the address provided.

Refund

• Once the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

• For partial returns, only the amount for the returned products will be refunded.

• Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We will offer either a replacement or a refund.

Order Cancellation

• Before shipment: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

• After shipment: You must wait to receive the package and follow the return process.
